Realtor Classes for License Renewal Clock Hours

As you know, Real Estate Agents are on the front line with folks who are looking to purchase land. Through your efforts and those of the Kitsap Conservation District, there's also an opportunity to protect our community's natural resources. By informing you, we hope not only to assist you in your profession, but to help landowners preserve their property values and conserve valuable resources.

These classes offer you valuable resources on resource issues that can help you meet the requirements of the disclosure laws. Experts will connect you with agencies and businesses that will help you to better serve your clients.

Classes for 2008 are a collaboration with Washington State University (WSU) and may be from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm in Olympia. Most classes have a hands-on field trip. All courses are taught by experts from public and private agencies. Dates subject to change. Please call to confirm.
