KCD is working in collaboration with the County Fair and Parks Department to acquire a grant for retrofitting stormwater management on the fairgrounds. This would install numerous Low Impact Development practices (LID) on the fairgrounds.The District hopes to hear in February 2010 whether or not the grant application was successful.
